Chicken breast fillets in a liquorice coating

For 4 people

Ingredients
400 g chicken fillets
3 slices of toast, dry
2 eggs
100 g flour
1 SALMIX® real liquorice stick
Salt, sugar, pepper

Preparation
Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces, season all over and freeze briefly side by side in the freezer. Process the toast (without the crusts) and the SALMIX® Real Liquorice Stick in a blender to make breadcrumbs. Roll the frozen chicken pieces in flour, egg and liquorice breadcrumbs and deep-fry.
