Ingredients
1 SALMIX® real liquorice stick
1 glass of dry white wine
0.2 litre chicken stock
Cornflour
Salt
Pepper from the mill
Preparation
Dissolve the SALMIX® real liquorice stick in the chicken stock and white wine over a low heat. When the stick is completely dissolved, thicken the liquid with a teaspoon of cornflour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
